Michael specialises in the provision of high-quality portfolio management services to high-net-worth individuals, pension funds, corporates, charities, family partnerships and family offices.
He is skilled in collaborating with the RBC Brewin Dolphin financial planning team, as well as the client’s own tax, legal and family advisers, to achieve the best possible outcome for each situation.
Michael joined the firm in June 2024 from Goodbody, where he had built up a large client following within the Wealth Management division over 27 years and was appointed a Director in August 2020. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and a Registered Representative of the Irish Stock Exchange.
His primary degree was in Civil Engineering from UCC, and he worked with Arup before moving to property lending and corporate banking before finally making the transition to wealth management with Goodbody. The latter move was in effect making a career of what was always an area of strong personal interest for him.
